Arizona and the greater Phoenix area specifically are experiencing tremendous growth and we are the major tertiary center in the region for pediatric otolaryngology, and head and neck surgery problems.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing the full spectrum of pediatric otolaryngologic conditions. A subspecialty interest in aerodigestive and complex airway disorders is preferred, but not required.
In addition to clinical care, the successful applicant will also have the opportunity to advance the field with clinical or basic science research endeavors and to help guide the education of the next generation of providers with teaching opportunities involving residents and medical students from three local institutions. We are the pediatric arm of the Mayo Clinic Arizona Otolaryngology Residency program and we have academic affiliations with Mayo Clinic Medical School, the University of Arizona College of Medicine–Phoenix, and Creighton University Medical School. All offer educational opportunities and faculty appointments.

The staff physician shall provide patient care services and will support the Phoenix Children's mission of providing hope, healing and the best health care for children and their families.
Position Duties
* Patient Care Services

Pediatric Services Expansion: There is energy and momentum around advancing children’s health in Richmond. In 2017 the CHoR Pavilion, a 640,000 square foot, multi-story, high-tech ambulatory facility for pediatric outpatient medical, surgical and radiologic services was opened. This facility includes:
72 exam rooms arranged in clinical pods to optimize a multidisciplinary care model. Clinical pods composed of 12 exam rooms, 1 treatment room, support space for a centralized clinical team. Pediatric-dedicated imaging, operating rooms, and procedure rooms. Pediatric faculty offices. An attached, 7-story parking deck with more than 600 spaces. May 2023, we opened the Children’s Tower new free-standing, full-service Pediatric Hospital, directly connected to the existing outpatient Pavilion, an entire city block will be dedicated and designed to meet the unique health care needs of children and to provide Richmond the most advanced and coordinated care possible.
Chief Purpose of this position: We invite candidates to apply for Pediatric Otolaryngologist physician position. The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at (VCU) seeks a BE/BC, fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join a robust and growing academic practice. Salary and academic appointment will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
This position will provide clinical expertise and care toward surgical treatment of all Otolaryngology anomalies. The physician will support the training and teaching of Otolaryngology residents as well as other students and observers. The physician will strive for excellence and productivity in research discoveries in their clinical area of focus. The Department fosters a level of research and professional activity essential to the GME program (Otolaryngology residency) and to the professional growth of the faculty.
Position Responsibilities:
Teaching: Faculty member will participate in the teaching of residents, medical students and other students & observers. Provide CME lectures for professionals.
Research: Faculty member shall establish a reputation of excellence in clinical and/or translational research, with the expectation of publication in refereed journals and potential external funding. The development of interdisciplinary collaborations to enhance the research and clinical programs at VCU is expected. Mentoring of residents and students in their research.
Service: Faculty member will serve on departmental, Health System and/or University committees as needed. Service in a professional capacity in their field in such areas of reviewer, external committee member, conference organizer, etc. are encouraged.
Clinical: This is the area of primary focus as a clinical faculty MD. Faculty member will demonstrate excellence in provision of care and treatment of patients within the discipline. Faculty member will demonstrate responsibility toward growth of individual clinical practice and referral base. Faculty will participate in multi-disciplinary clinical endeavors.

Inova Health System in Fairfax, VA is looking to add a qualified surgeon to the rapidly expanding department of Pediatric Otolaryngology. This is a clinical position based at our Fairfax campus, home to both Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital and our new Pediatric Multispecialty Ambulatory Practice at Willow Oaks. The children's hospital is a 226-bed facility level 1 pediatric trauma center featuring a brand new 45-bed pediatric ER (opened December 2024), a 108-bed level 4 NICU, and a 48-bed PCICU/PICU. The clinic space at Willow Oaks was recently built and opened in 2023, and is home to over 20 pediatric specialties, with more specialties always being added. This role will be full-time. Inova Fairfax Medical Center and Inova L.J. The Section of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at Dartmouth Health is seeking an Otolaryngologist with subspecialty fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology. The physician will be joining a busy, established academic practice of two existing Pediatric Otolaryngologists and will be part of an NACHRI-Designated Children’s Hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care in pediatric otolaryngology, including both outpatient and surgical services.

The Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is seeking several full-time faculty surgeons to join our rapidly growing Pediatric Otolaryngology Division at Riley Children’s Health at Indiana University Health. The primary practice location will be at the 400-bed tertiary care Riley Hospital for Children located on the academic campus in downtown Indianapolis. Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our growing Section of Otolaryngology within the Division of Pediatric Surgical Specialties. As part of the Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) and Jefferson Health, this position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape pediatric ENT care in eastern Pennsylvania.
We are actively recruiting a fourth subspecialty-certified pediatric otolaryngologist to provide high-quality care across inpatient, outpatient, and surgical settings. Our team manages over 11,000 annual patient visits, including 3,900 new consults, and is poised for continued growth.

Assistant Professor WOT - Pediatric Otolaryngologist
Description
The University of Washington Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology at Seattle Children’s Hospital invites applications for a full-time pediatric otolaryngologist at the rank of Assistant Professor without tenure by reason of funding (WOT). This position would be a multi-year appointment with a 12-month service period (July 1 - June 30). Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July - June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research and service.
This position will be based at Seattle Children’s Hospital and affiliated ambulatory care center. Clinical responsibilities include patient care, call, and student, resident and fellow supervision and education. The anticipated start date is May 1, 2026.

Salary:
The base salary range for this position will be: $22,083 - $24,583 per month ($264,996 - $294,996 annually) commensurate with experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. This range is inclusive of base salary provided through the Children’s University Medical Group (CUMG) practice plan, in addition to base salary provided by the University. Please note that only compensation provided by the University is included in University benefit determinations and calculations. Compensation provided by Children’s University Medical Group (CUMG) practice plan may provide eligibility for separate benefits offered by that organization.
Other compensation associated with this position may include incentive through Children’s University Medical Group. The UW department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery targets the AAMC 50th percentile for total salary.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:
- MD (or foreign equivalent)
- Certified or eligible for certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology
- Completion of fellowship training program in pediatric otolaryngology
- Eligible for a Washington State medical license
- Candidates should have a background and a track record of clinical and scholarly productivity.
In order to be eligible for University sponsorship for an H-1B, graduates of foreign (non-US) medical schools must show successful completion of all three steps of the US Medical Licensing Exam (USMLE), or equivalent as determined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

Seeking a mission driven, fellowship-trained, board-eligible/board-certified Pediatric Otolaryngology surgeon.
Join Providence Children's Health’s growing team of pediatric subspecialists at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. The Pediatric Otolaryngology service is integrated within the Providence Child Development Institute which includes pediatric audiologists, speech and feeding therapists. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a child-friendly and family focused environment with dedicated time for quality improvement. Providence Children’s Health at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is a level 3 neonatal intensive care unit but only a level 3 pediatric trauma hospital. Additional services include a children’s surgery center, pediatric emergency department, inpatient and ambulatory services, multidisciplinary child development unit and family support services such as child life.
