Program Objectives
- Apply novel and standard of care treatment to children presenting with otologic, airway, head and neck swallowing, and sleep disorders.
- Evaluate the systems-based challenges that exist in their specific care environment that risk impacting access to particular types or groups of patients.
- Understand methods to recognize wellness challenges in themselves and in their colleagues and apply techniques to optimize wellness
